These Terms govern your use of the Med Interview Coach platform and services.

1. Eligibility

Users must be 13+ to use the service.
Users under 18 must either be the lawful cardholder or have the cardholder’s permission.
We may request confirmation of parental/cardholder consent.

2. Nature of the Service

MIC provides AI-generated educational content simulating UK medical school interview assessment.

The service does not guarantee:

Interview invitations
Improved performance
Medical school offers
Academic or professional outcomes.

You must verify all information independently.

3. Account Rules

You must provide accurate information.
You must not share your account with others.
Simultaneous multi-user access is prohibited.
Attempting to bypass limits or system restrictions is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

4. Subscription Tiers

Bronze

Up to 1 interview-style question + structured feedback per 24 hours
System uses a 2-interaction cap for stability
No rewriting
No school-specific advice

Silver

Unlimited questions
Follow-ups only when the user explicitly asks
No rewriting
No school-specific advice

Gold

Unlimited questions, feedback, and permitted follow-ups
School-specific guidance allowed

Tier logic is enforced by MIC systems.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content may contain inaccuracies.
You are responsible for verifying all information.
MIC is not liable for decisions you make based on AI output.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Use MIC to cheat or gain unfair advantage in academic assessments.
Generate harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
Circumvent usage limits or system rules.
Share or resell your account.
Reverse-engineer or probe the AI.
Upload malware or interfere with the platform.

7. Payments & Renewals

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly.
Cancellation is available via the Stripe customer portal.
Access continues until period end.
No refunds except where required by law (Consumer Rights Act / Consumer Contracts Regulations).

Refund restrictions exist to prevent fraud and misuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
MIC’s total liability is capped at the total amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
MIC is not liable for lost opportunities, admissions outcomes, or reliance on AI output.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without refund for:

Breach of Terms
Fraud or suspicious activity
Misuse of the service

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law.
Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
