MIC does not issue refunds, except where required by UK consumer law.

Refund restrictions are necessary to prevent:

• Fraudulent high-volume usage

• Account misuse

• Abuse of subscription benefits

Refunds may be granted only when:

1. The service was inaccessible due to a fault on MIC’s side, or

2. The service materially failed to match its description under consumer law.

Refunds are not granted for:

• Change of mind

• Failure to cancel on time

• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content

• Misuse or breach of Terms
