Subscription and Billing Terms

1. Billing Provider

 

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd.

2. Recurring Payments

 

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

3. Cancellation

 

Cancellation is managed through the Stripe customer portal.
Access remains active until the end of the billing period.

4. Refunds

 

MIC does not provide refunds except where legally required.
Refund restrictions are necessary to prevent fraud and misuse.

5. Tier Enforcement

 

All usage caps, daily limits, and tier rules form part of your subscription agreement.
